The refund did show up in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster or anything. It just felt a little messier and more stressful than it needed to be, especially for something I tried to cancel shortly after ordering. I’d probably be hesitant to order again unless I was completely sure I wouldn’t need to change my mind.

I had to ask for a refund because I ordered the wrong size, which was kind of annoying and I figured it was going to drag on for a while. To my surprise, Atmos handled it quickly.
The money showed back up on my card within a few days, and the emails were clear enough that I didn’t have to chase anyone down. I don’t love dealing with returns, but I have to admit this one was painless
